Care About the Environment
A 100% eco-friendly community! All waste water will be treated and recycled within the project. The sewer treatment plant has been completed and the “black water”, “grey water” and rain water collection systems are in place. The plant is now ready to start converting waste water into clean water that will be used for irrigation throughout the community.

Residual material from the treatment plant will be converted to fertilizer for the green areas.
Trees that need to be cleared to build the Commercial Center will not be cut down. They will be transplanted to another area of the property.
